Photo101: Glass, Squared (Day 17)

Today’s theme is “Glass”. The tip is to interact with glass to create interest. I’m also going with a square crop!

Due to my self-imposed rule of only posting photographs I shoot specifically for the assignment on the day, I found it hard to be creative with this one. I had my camera with me, but not much else. I work in a very modern (almost new) building so the windows, whilst incredibly sleek and glassy, are featureless. I like my view though, so that’s what I shot.

I took this from my desk. Admittedly London’s skyline is more impressive than the street below but I liked the reflections of glass from other buildings on the road down there.

Shot on Fuji X100T with the Classic Chrome film simulation.
